SiCKO TiCKO STiCKO in your medical bills.

Michael Moore's new film "SiCKO" will premiere this week - (Portland residents - it will be at the Fox Tower cinemas downtown, and Eastport Plaza on 82nd Avenue).
I'm not one who should complain. I have private health insurance through my law practice, so I'm covered....in theory.
My wife and I pay $711 per month for "coverage" that has a $750 deductible per person per year, then 80/20 after that, and $20/40/60 prescription coverage.....so I propose this protest:
I'm putting my SiCKO ticket stub in my July health insurance premium bill.
Symbolic? Of course! The low-paid processor at the health insurance money collection facility probably isn't going to care if one disgruntled sucker policyholder puts a ticket stub in his health insurance bill.
But if it becomes a meme, it might make the SCLM, who have already been besieged with press releases from PhRMA and AHIP about how Americans have the best health insurance in the world and nitpicking about Michael Moore's methods.
I don't go without coverage, and I haven't had much of a horror story YET with my coverage (except for having to pay about $300 out-of-pocket because Providence thought I should drive 3 hours to Seattle for follow-up coverage and to get prescriptions at a covered pharmacy when I got cellulitis in my leg while on vacation in rural Washington). But I would rather pay a stable tax than that $711 plus deductibles and co-pays, an amount that will undoubtedly increase next year.
