President Bush told a National Guard Association convention in Las Vegas that he had asked Congress to increase Reserve GI Bill education benefits and was urging quick passage. But in fact, the administration has not asked Congress for anything along those lines -- and the lack of a specific proposal is holding up work on an omnibus veterans' benefits bill.

I can't believe how this guy can lie like this with a straight face in front of a military audience.
